CominiLab is a digital operating system designed to support facilitators, educators, and microschool administrators in planning, documenting, reflecting on, and communicating about child-centered learning. Key features include:
Learning session and term planning tools
Child profiles and learning journeys
Observation and reflection logging
Task and calendar management
Media and resource library
Communication tools for families
3. User Accounts
3.1. You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to update it as necessary.
3.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
4. User Content
4.1. You retain rights to any content you create or upload, including observations, plans, and media.
4.2. By submitting content, you grant CominiLab a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely to deliver, improve, and promote our services. We do not sell or license user content to third parties.
4.3. You represent that your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe upon others’ rights.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and software related to CominiLab is owned by Comini Learning Pvt. Ltd. and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or modify materials without written consent.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Use the platform for unlawful activities
Upload harmful code, or attempt unauthorized access
Interfere with system performance or other users
Violate child protection laws or educational privacy standards
7. Privacy Policy
Your use of Comini OS is also subject to our Privacy Policy which explains how your information is collected, used, and protected.
8. Disclaimers
8.1. CominiLab is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service.
8.2. We are not liable for any user-generated content or misuse by third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CominiLab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the platform.
